At Maternity B.V.M. students have access to modern technologies.  Every classroom is equipped with an interactive SMARTboard and projector controlled by a teacher-assigned Macbook.  The entire school has WiFi access at every corner.  There are over 90 iPads accessible for assignments and activities.  Weekly, students utilize a fully modernized computer lab featuring 35 individual iMac desktops linked together to the teacher’s iMac desktop.  The computer lab also features an interactive SMARTboard linked to the teacher’s iMac desktop.  There are  two mobile SMARTboard touch monitors that can be utilized wherever needed.  Several rooms throughout the school are equipped with Apple TVs linked to projectors.  Also, the school has recently purchased three OSMO Genius Kits to be used in conjunction with the iPads as a possible future technological expansion. The OSMO Genius kit allows children to interactively explore subjects, such as;  Language Arts, Science, Math, Art, and more.  It includes five free game apps from the App Store: Tangram, Newton, Words, Masterpiece, and Numbers.  Lastly, previously used teacher computers have been repurposed as a research center in the library for student use.
